This Beadalon® Professional Series 49-strand wire is plated in 24-karat yellow gold, making it a perfect choice for designs that will show off the wire as well as the strung components. This wire is easy to use without a beading needle, but flexible enough to be knotted. The high number of strands gives the wire a supple drape in the finished piece; in this gauge, it makes a great all-purpose wire, suitable for medium-to heavy gemstones, crystals, seed beads, and glass and metal beads and components. Forty-nine miniature stainless steel strands are bound by a smooth nylon coating to provide the highest quality wire available.
