This SuperStretch™ silicone mold rubber strip from Castaldo® delivers an impressive tear strength. Stretching an incredible 900% before breaking, this mold rubber is ideal for creating simple, two-part molds for designs that otherwise may take several separate molds to achieve—it is especially great for models with cores and inserts. These delicate parts stay flexible enough to remove from wax patterns hundreds of times. The high-shine surface of the rubber is exceptionally smooth, so that the wax patterns you create require significantly less finishing. What's more, SuperStretch is compatible with other Castaldo silicone mold rubber varieties, so that you can mix different rubber types to get the characteristics you need throughout the mold.
