GemOro® AuRACLE™ Analyzer Gold/Platinum Tester

Quickly and accurately test all colors of gold (from 6–24-karat) as well as platinum with the AuRACLE™ Analyzer gold/platinum tester from GemOro®. This tester requires only a few simple steps and offers one-button operation that delivers immediate results. In moments you’ll know if your sample is karat gold, gold-plate, gold-filled, non-gold or platinum. The nickel-plated stainless steel test plate is durable and scratch resistant. A compact, portable design makes the unit great for use in retail space and during travel.

• Pen probe features an auto-check function and a contoured, ergonomic design; the tester has a built-in storage compartment to house the pen when it's not in use.
• Easy calibration—in seconds, the pen probe is ready to go, ensuring accurate results for every test. It is filled with saline that won't stain your fingers or cause acid damage to your bench and supplies. (There may be a bit of leakage at first or a few crystals may form on the pen tip; simply use a paper towel to wipe it clean before use.)
• The pen lasts for approximately 5,000 tests; replacement pen probes are available separately.
• Use the file to clean away any dirt, oils or oxidation from a small test area on the piece.
• The tester is powered by one 9-volt battery or on AC (adapter is included).
