This great-value, six-station unit is a rugged, professional-grade machine featuring a water control flow that allows continuous water cooling with individual water settings for each wheel. Water flow can be set from a slow drip to a constant stream, and the collection pans feature a drainage system that means you won't have to stop and deal with emptying the pan as you're working; set them up to drain from the front or back of the machine. The submersible water pump (included) feeds clean water to your wheels rather than pouring soiled water onto them. A flexible-neck lamp is built in, and the removable stainless steel hoods make changing wheels easy. The unit also features a full-face diamond lap for grinding flats and accepts a variety of 1" arbor wheels. Running wet abrasives provides improved precious metal reclamation, longer abrasive life and cool workpieces. The unit offers a sealed motor and and can be run with all types of 8" wheels. This machine comes with two diamond metal-bonded grinding wheels (80- and 220-grit) and four diamond resin-bond wheels (one of each size: 280-, 600-, 1,200-, 3,000-grit). A polishing accessory kit is also included that contains a canvas disc, diamond paste (2g syringe; 14,000 mesh), a pair of goggles and an apron. One year limited warranty.
