Copper Pattern Wire, 1-Lb. Coil, 1/2-Hard

This 1/2-hard copper pattern wire features a double row of scallops and dot details. Pattern wire helps take at least one step out of your fabrication process with its decorative pattern already created on the wire surface. This wire is ideal for creating rings, bracelets, dangles, barrettes and more. Metal that is 1/2-hard partially work-hardened and will hold its shape under some stress; ideal for forming structures that will support other components. Keep in mind that hardness is changeable (by annealing or heat-hardening) and is relative among metal types (each temper will feel and handle differently from one metal to another). When finishing your pieces, also keep in mind that the harder the metal is, the brighter a finish it will take. This wire is sold in 1-lb. coils.
