These stainless steel cross-lock tweezers are designed with a built-in framed stand that holds your workpiece off the work surface, hands-free, while you solder. The frame provides 1-1/3" clearance on one side and 1" on the other, allowing you to set your work at the height most convenient to you. The straight, blunt tips help access and hold work effectively and are serrated to firmly hold the piece; the polished stainless steel won’t contaminate the metal. The cross-lock mechanism opens when pressed and closes snugly when released to grip objects securely with natural tension, reducing hand fatigue. Heat-resistant fiber grips protect your hands from heat while soldering. Tough, rust-resistant stainless steel gives a reasonable tool life and good value.
