This sterling silver pendant mounting features a dimensional swirl design and a 2-prong/partial bezel mounting that holds one 10 x 8mm low-dome oval cabochon, cameo or other flat-back stone. A hidden bail at the top of the pendant gives the pendant a seamless look and makes it easy to string the pendant on cord or chain. The pendant has a bright finish; leave it bright, or oxidize the pendant to bring out the details. This cabochon mounting features a flat, open base and raised edges; the open back makes it lightweight and comfortable to wear. Set your cameo or cabochon into the mounting, then burnish the bezel wall and prongs over the stone to secure it in place.
