Quickly and easily create perfectly centered large round washer components using this centering die set with your 1-5/8" (41.3mm) and 1-1/2" (38.1mm) disc cutter set for Bonny Doon presses. The dies are made from durable Delrin®.
• Cut a hole in your material with your desired inner dimensions.
• Move the metal to your desired outer size and use a centering die to center the material.
• Securely clamp the metal and punch with your desired outer dimensions. Remember to place a shim of the same thickness as the material being cut on the opposite side of the disc cutter to keep the plates balanced.
