This Leica® stereo microscope delivers both high resolution and broad depth of field, allowing you to view highly detailed work with incredible accuracy. The A60 requires less refocusing as you work, saving time and concentration. The microscope is easy to handle and adjust, adapting smoothly to the individual user. The generous working distance and object field size (122mm and 46mm, respectively) ensure great freedom of movement—especially important when working with a variety of tools; a 0.63X objective lens is included. The wide magnification range (5X–30X) ensures the optimal view, no matter how small the work area or how large the workpiece may be. An interchangeable glass shield protects the optics of the microscope from potentially damaging fumes. The LED ring light and diffuser fit over the microscope lens to light your work with uniform, bright white (5,600K) light. The ring light has 16 LED chips, each energy-efficient LED features its own individual focus lens, ensuring excellent brightness and focus, and provides 50,000 hours of service life. When working with highly reflective surfaces, use the diffuser to ensure a crisp, clear view. The microscope’s 38° viewing angle is close to the head posture that is natural to most people. The zoom and focus controls are easily accessible, the rheostat of the focus drive is readily adjustable, and the intuitive controls for the illuminator are easily accessible by both left- and right-handed users. This Leica® A60 is mounted on a balanced flex-arm stand that provides effortless adjustments, allowing you to quickly position the microscope as desired and swing it out of the way when the microscope is not in use. Secure the base of the arm to your bench using the table clamp (included).
