This 14-karat white gold ring features an 8-prong center mounting that holds one 6 x 4mm oval faceted gemstone. The 8-prong setting offers extra security for the set stone. The bright-finished shank is set with 6 0.0125-ct. round diamond (SI clarity/G, H color; 0.075CTTW), three on each side of the center mounting, in oval-shaped embellishments that lend a floral look to the ring. Cut a seat in the prongs to accommodate your stone, then burnish the prongs over the stone to secure it in place.
