Rio Quick Finish serves as a sanding compound. It prepares surfaces much like sandpaper does, yet it can be used on a buff. Quick Finish hardens after being exposed to air, providing a gritty surface on the buff. This graded abrasive can be used on any treated or tight muslin wheel.
