This sterling silver ReadySet™ pendant features a rabbit-ear bail and a 4-prong basket mounting that holds one 25 x 18mm oval faceted gemstone. The deeper basket accommodates higher stones than traditional basket mountings. Easy to set with professional-looking results, ReadySet™ settings have pre-notched prongs that help ensure beautiful, time-saving stone-setting. Basket settings feature open sides designed to allow more light to reach and move through the stone, enhancing its brightness and brilliance. A rabbit-ear bail is a tapered style that is split in half vertically, giving it the appearance of a pair of long, curving rabbit ears. Set your stone into the prongs to check the fit. If necessary, adjust the seat to best accommodate your stone. To secure the stone in place, burnish the prongs over the stone.
