This sterling silver reverse rope chain is oxidized to enhance the subtle details of the chain links and works well with a variety of designs. It looks great when worn as is, but can also be dressed up with a pendant for a personalized look. Reverse rope (and reverse double-rope) chain styles feature links (or link pairs) connected alternately from the front, then the back, of the previous two links (or link pairs) in a continuous row. This alternating of the direction gives the finished chain a profile that looks more woven than spiral.
