14K White Gold Redi-Prongs #40 Tip Set

Easily re-tip worn prongs to protect against losing precious stones with Redi-Prongs®. These little discs are precisely sized and have a dab of pre-applied solder that simplifies the re-tipping task significantly. Apply a thin layer of soldering flux to the underside of a Redi-Prongs® tip, then set it on the prong. Apply heat until pre-applied solder flows onto the prong. Or, tack Redi-Prongs into place with the Vac-Tool then solder to secure. This set includes 100 14-karat white Redi-Prongs #40 tips, appropriate for prongs that hold round stones from 20 pts. to 50 pts. in size.
