GRS® GraverHone VS Complete Apex Sharpening System

This complete Apex™ sharpening system from GRS® contains everything you need to shape and sharpen your carbide and high-speed steel gravers. The system works with gravers in QC tool holders and includes three Speedline dials that allow you to quickly and accurately sharpen 90°, 105° and 120° gravers. GRS® GraverHone® VS Quickly shape, sharpen and polish your carbide and high-speed steel gravers with the GRS® GraverHone® VS. The unit enables you to produce strong, sharp tool edges that make bright cuts with clean lines and rich shading. An adjustable speed dial (400–900rpm) makes it perfect for a variety of sharpening tasks—run at lower speeds to prevent overheating tool steel and operate at higher speeds to efficiently sharpen carbide gravers. The high-torque motor easily handles aggressive sharpening tasks and the direct-drive system provides a long life with quiet operation. It accepts GRS QC tool holders and has a shorter front profile that accommodates longer gravers. The dual dial is clearly marked for angle selection and includes an "F" for the face angle. A knurled locking knob to secures the dial in place while in use. GRS® Apex™ Speedline Dial Set This GRS® Apex™ Speedline dial set enables you to quickly shape and sharpen your gravers to the three most common angles—90°, 105° and 120°. The color-coded dials work with the Apex dual angle fixture to deliver repeatable results and are clearly marked for step-by-step sharpening. Set includes an organizer rack with four slots to help you stay organized. GRS® Sharpening Post This sharpening post from GRS® securely holds and supports the Apex sharpening fixtures. The 7” height allows it to work well for sharpening your long gravers. A strong 80-lb. magnet base will hold the post securely in place during use or dampen the magnet strength with the provided cover to enable the post to be moved during use.
