This sterling silver pendant features a 3D hot air balloon with a decorative red, white and blue enamel pattern. The petite, heart-shaped gondola drop is set with six 0.0035-ct. round white diamonds (SI1–I1 clarity/G, H, I color; 0.021CTTW) in shared prong settings.
