This 14-karat yellow gold pendant mounting features a swirl heart design at the base and holds one 7mm (1-1/4-ct., approx.) faceted gemstone in a 6-prong setting. It features a rabbit-ear bail—a tapered bail that’s split in half vertically, giving it the appearance of a pair of long, curving rabbit ears.
