With double-injection action, the Rio wax injector system draws air out of the mold before injection, eliminating air bubbles and voids. Then, the initial wax injection introduces molten wax into the mold, followed a split second later by a second injection that forces the softer, cooling wax deep into the mold details and completes the fill with hot liquid wax. The result is a more complete, defect-free and highly detailed wax pattern that you can produce over and over—more reliably, more quickly and more profitably than ever before! You control all steps of the process, from pot and nozzle temperatures to vacuum and injection times. Requires a compressed air source and vacuum pump (not included).
