Manufactured in England by Durston, this cast-iron mandrel is ideal for forming oval bracelets. It is made from tool steel that is hardened to 64 HRC and is finely finished to reduce marring metal surfaces. Tapers from 1.25" x 1.43" to 2.3" x 2.8" (32 x 36mm to 65 x 72mm).
