These large, heavy-duty Lindstrom® diagonal bevel cutters feature progressive-cut jaws that allow you to cut soft, thin wire at the tip of the cutter and hard, thick wire closer to the joint. The steel cutting edges are hardened to 63-65 HRC, making these cutters great for production, repair and maintenance work. Non-slip handles feature a small area of rippled texture, ensuring a secure grip. The most durable of cutters, bevel cutters require more pressure to make the cut and leave a pronounced pinch at the ends of the material, which will require finishing if it will show in the completed piece. Lindstrom® TRX pliers and cutters represent the ultimate in performance, precision and comfort. A rivet joint on the cutters maximizes jaw alignment and minimizes friction; the high-leverage joint reduces the force needed to make your cut. Push the on/off spring over when the cutters are not in use to allow the tool to remain closed for a smaller profile and easy storage; re-engage the spring when you are ready to get back to work. The slightly rounded and wide grip of the TRX creates excellent contact with your hand and an even, ergonomic distribution of surface pressure.
