This fragile, ultra-thin copper patent leaf is ideal for adding contrasting accents to metal jewelry pieces or other craft projects. Because this material is so fragile, it must be applied directly from its protective paper backing to the piece where it is needed. The target area on the piece is first painted with an adhesive, then the leaf is pressed to the area and the paper lifted away, leaving the metal leaf in place. Each individual package contains 25 sheets backed with protective paper to prevent crumbling or other damage. Use Gold-Size Quick-Drying Varnish or a similar adhesive to apply leaf to your metal jewelry or craft designs.
