Super-Agitating MT-165 Magnetic Pin Finisher

Even if you have been using pin finishers for years, you have never seen the incredible action this super-agitating magnetic finisher delivers to your work! The first feature you may notice is the rectangular bowl that sits atop the finisher. This is part of the equation but the real magic happens inside the stainless steel housing. There, a powerful, 1/3hp motor and a proprietary system of magnets—that takes advantage of both negative and positive poles—creates a unique magnetic field within the tank. Not only the pin media but your workpieces as well are irresistibly drawn laterally around the tank and vertically up and down through the solution. The clear plastic bowl (10-3/8"W x 6-1/2"D x 6-1/16"H), with its short and long sides and rounded corners, also helps keep the media and solution continually churning. Keep extra bowls (available separately) on hand to increase your production; have one bowl running while you load and unload workpieces into a second. In addition, the pin media have smooth, rounded ends and are made of a special stainless steel alloy that supports the superior finishing of this machine. Your workpieces are finished faster and more effectively than is possible with any other pin finisher. Ideal for small to medium finishing and tumbling runs, the 4.3-liter bowl holds 200 grams of stainless steel pin media (0.5mm x 5mm; included) and accommodates up to 500 grams of workpieces (with 200g media, that's a 700-gram load of product that you can finish per batch). A built-in 30-minute timer allows you to set the finisher for automatic operation; alternatively, use the manual setting to turn the finisher on and off as needed. Bowl includes a snap-on, water-tight lid.
