This sterling silver pendant mounting holds a quarter coin (U. S.); the edge of the mounting is grooved to mimic the look of a minted coin, and the open sides ensure the coin is visible from both sides. The mounting is easy to use; a screw closure at the top of the pendant keeps the loop closed. Loosen the screw to place the coin—a groove on the inner edge will hold it in place—then tighten the screw to secure the coin in place.
