This square steel bench block sits inside a hard vulcanized rubber base. Use the steel side up as a bench block with a noise dampening cushion underneath. Use the rubber side up for a rubber bench block with an exceptionally solid base. The removable steel block is 3-7/8" x 3-7/8" x 22/32"; the rubber base is 5" x 5" x 1-1/8".
