This garnet saucer bead features a deep red color with a unique pattern of inclusions, giving each bead an individual look. Saucer beads are ideal a spacers between larger round or special shaped beads and are great components in drop and dangle designs. Each bead is hand-cut; size will vary slightly. Garnet is the birthstone for January. Traditional red garnet derives its deep color from iron and magnesium. Garnets are actually a family of closely related stones.
