HD Pattern Avatar Photopolymer Injection Solution

This Avatar low-viscosity photopolymer material from HD Pattern creates extremely accurate, ready-to-tree patterns in RTV clear silicone molds. The Avatar formula is the perfect partner for molds made from CAD-generated or 3D-printed designs, fully capturing every detail—even those for which wax injection has failed. Both heavyweight patterns, such as class rings, and feather-light patterns, with fine or intricate patterns, are beautifully duplicated using this Avatar high-definition injection material. A threaded cap fitted with an injection tip and a protective airtight cover is included. Once created, the pattern is cured with UV light (using the HD Pattern Firefly™ curing chamber; available separately). In just minutes, the pattern is set and ready to tree; Sticky Wax is a good choice for attaching patterns to your sprue. In addition, patterns have an unlimited shelf life, allowing you to inject as many as you like, then store them until you're ready to cast. After investing, the photopolymer material burns away cleanly for excellent casting results. The Avatar formula must be injected into clear RTV silicone molds, so that it is possible to see the interior of the mold and ensure that every detail is completely filled during the injection process. For larger production needs, the bottle may be inserted into the HD Pattern Micro-Injector (available separately), allowing you to inject multiple molds, one after the other, quickly and easily. Each bottle produces up to 1,500 grams of 14-karat gold castings.
