This sterling silver lever-back ear wire with bezel mounting holds one 8 x 6mm oval cabochon. Insert your cabochon or flat-backed stone, then burnish the walls over it to secure the stone in place. For additional security, add jeweler's epoxy to the bottom of the cup before placing the stone.
