NeuSprue® Flowlogic® Sprue Base Assembly

This NeuSprue® sprue and base assembly accommodates a 3" flask. The rib on the rubber base of this assembly creates an indentation in the investment that centers and seals the flask in casting machines that feature Neutec® Flowlogic® technology. This maximizes metal control during the pour. The patented two-piece screw-on design secures a threaded sprue (see NeuSprue wax sprues) to the base, eliminating the risk of floating trees. Lift-off removal of the base prevents stress damage to the wax tree and patterns and prevents investment debris from falling into the wax void, causing defects. The base assembly is compatible with all Neutec casting machines and most other lost-wax casting machine brands. Includes:
