This sterling silver oval bead features a slightly elongated round shape and six facets around its middle that provides contrast with other bead shapes. When strung together in multiples, this oval bead allows the eye to move from bead to bead along necklace or bracelet strands. This light-catching bead looks nice when used as a spacer or accent in gemstone strands, or as a simple drop on a headpin attached to a length of chain—to make a custom ear wire, add this bead to a straight-leg ear wire before finishing the end of the wire by shaping it into a loop to accept drops or dangles.
