Garnet 4mm Faceted Button Bead Strand

The faceted red garnet button beads on this strand feature a highly polished surface and reflective facets that complement strung necklace, bracele and earring designs. They look great when strung on their own to create a simple, light-catching red strand, used individually as spacers or combined with other shapes and sizes of beads in more complex earring, bracelets and matched sets—the deep red color adds contrast to multi-color designs. Garnet is the birthstone for January. Traditional red garnet derives its deep color from iron and magnesium. Garnets are actually a family of closely related stones. The most common color is red; but garnets are also found in green, orange, pink and blue.
