Merard KH Cotton Buff

This versatile 6" Merard KH-style buff is specially designed for fine polishing using Merard EXTREM or Luxor® polishing compounds on challenging, very hard materials or using any other final or fine polishing compounds. This buff is designed to work more efficiently, keeping the compound at the surface, working to create the finish you want to achieve and delivering a longer service life than most buffs. Made with several layers of thin, bleached cotton fabric with a textured surface that's ideal for final polishing on materials such as HyCeram® and LuxArt®, platinum and hard semi-precious gemstones, this buff offers a flexible, sturdy pressure that allows you to be more effective in less time. The 20mm-thick buff has an unstitched, 64-ply (approx.) construction with a sturdy, durable cardboard center. Merard cotton buffs, specially designed for jewelers and watchmakers, are made with cotton fabric that is manufactured onsite in France using bolts of cloth sourced to assure the highest-quality cotton fiber. The buffs are assembled with an exclusive process and are treated for increased longevity.
