RiaceWax® Endura Wax Injector System

Reduce wax injection errors and increase your productivity with this RiaceWax® Endura wax injection system. This automated system, with a built-in interface, streamlines the steps involved in mold injection in your high-production casting environment so that one person can do the work of several. After setting up your system and familiarizing your operators with its requirements, your wax injection process becomes a significantly more efficient production operation. The Endura features a convenient built-in interface with a 4-5/16” touchscreen that reduces potential connectivity issues and stores up to 40 programs, allowing you to inject both molds with and without an RFID chip. Create your molds with a programmable RFID chip embedded in the mold wall. The RFID chip contains the precise injection parameters, including force on the clamp, holding time, injection pressure, and injection time, for that mold. Scan the chip with the built-in RFID reader, then place the mold in the injector. The Riace Endura wax injection system expertly, and consistently, injects each mold following the parameters, ensuring the models are ready to tree and cast. The high-sensitivity injector station:
• Holds molds steadily and perfectly in position with a piston both above and below the mold to maintain controlled, repeatable air pressure that ensures the exact same amount of wax is injected from mold to mold. This in turn ensures that the patterns produced will require the same, repeatable amount of precious metal for reliable casting weight and material costs.
• Maintains pressure continuously, allowing for extremely fine molds to be successfully injected.
• Includes its own reloading system, a syringe-like apparatus that works independently of the wax tank. The loader is independently heated to maintain optimal wax temperature and is digitally controlled to produce the same, precise pressure for each and every injection.
• Is auto-centering to keep each mold precisely positioned for injection without the need for mold holding/clamping hardware.
• Orients the injection area so that you can see the mold clearly throughout the injection process.
• Accommodates molds from 50 x 30 x 8mm up to 120 x 90 x 45mm. The wax tower:
