Layaway Ticket, Unnumbered

These unnumbered layaway tickets provide an accurate way to track your customers' layaway purchases; they are ideal for shops where the customer's last name is the preferred filing option. Because they aren't numbered, these tickets are especially affordable—a direct benefit to your bottom line. Simply fill out the customer information section and special instructions, then have the customer sign the form to authorize the layaway conditions. The top copy is for your files. The second copy is the customer’s claim ticket. The back panel is a cardstock copy that allows you to keep a running total of the payments made and balance due. This copy stays with the layaway item; if desired, keep this copy protected in a 4-mil clear plastic resealable bag (available separately) while the jewelry is still in your store. At the end of the layaway term, the form becomes a permanent record for your files. Each ticket is a carbonless, three-part paper form with a cardstock back copy; the package contains 500 unnumbered tickets.
