These extra-long tweezers give you added reach when desired, but when kiln tongs are too large and awkward. Use these 18" tweezers to place sprues, buttons and other scrap into a crucible when recycling metal into grain or making ingots. These long tweezers let you gently place pieces, preventing damage to the crucible and allowing you to keep your hands safely away from the heat. They are also ideal for removing Metal clay pieces from your kiln and BRONZclay™/COPPRclay™ pieces from a firing pan. Serrated tips ensure a secure grip on the piece.
