This Dedeco® Sunburst® radial 4-ply disc, designed for finishing and polishing, is ideal for accessing hard to reach areas while protecting detail. The disc is assembled on a 3/32" shank mandrel. The three-dimensional bristle design provides a uniform finish. Most applications can be performed between 3,000rpm and 18,000rpm. Use the disc at 3,000rpm to have greater flexibility with a softer touch, producing subtle results. Operate it at 18,000rpm for more aggressive material removal. The pumice abrasive on this disc won't scratch gemstones. Use Sunburst radial discs in progression to easily achieve your desired finish. Dedeco® Sunburst® radial discs are impregnated with an aluminum oxide abrasive that delivers faster results and a longer life than rubber wheels. They produce minimal heat and dust, and require no polishing compound.
