Troubleshooting Tools

Need help with a tool or piece of equipment? We can assist in troubleshooting the issue and determining whether it requires repair. If a repair is needed, we’ll guide you through the process. Contact us at hello@amadesa.com or +370 618 52595 for support.

Allow 3–6 weeks after we have received the item for evaluation and repair.

Warranties & Repairs

Most of our tools and equipment include a1-year warranty. If the warranty is still valid, the item will be repaired and shipped back to you at no cost. Youroriginal invoice numberis required for proof of warranty.

Repair Warranty

All repairs completed at Amadesa include a six-month warranty for the repaired portion of your item. This warranty begins after the item has been returned to you.

For items out of warranty, our labor charge is €125 per hour, plus parts and shipping costs.

Returning an Item for Evaluation or Repair

To return an item for evaluation or repair, securely package it in a sturdy box. Be sure to include:

  • Your name
  • Customer number
  • Address
  • Contact information
  • Invoice number (if your item is under warranty)
