Shipping policy

Amadesa ships jewelry tools and supplies worldwide in cooperation with trusted logistics partners in the United States and the European Union.
Below is information on how we ship, processing times, delivery estimates, carriers, customs, and more.


WHO WE ARE & HOW WE SHIP

Amadesa is operated by a company based in Lithuania (EU).
Products are sourced from our partners in the United States and shipped through U.S. and EU logistics partners.

How fulfillment works:

  • Products are prepared by our U.S. partners
  • Some shipments may pass through our EU hub
  • From there, orders are sent to your delivery address

Due to this multi-step process, delivery times can be longer than local U.S. sellers, but we provide better access to specialized jewelry tools at competitive prices.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing time: 1–10 business days
  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays in Lithuania and the U.S.)
  • High season orders may take longer
  • Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed next business day

SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES

We primarily work with U.S. logistics partners who package and ship orders.

Estimated delivery time AFTER shipment:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 3–5 business days
  • Express options: may be available depending on the order

Transit does not include:

  • Processing time (1–10 business days)
  • Weekends or public holidays

SHIPPING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION

Orders are typically routed through our EU hub or postal partners.

Estimated delivery time AFTER shipment:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 5–21 business days

Actual time may vary depending on destination country and customs processing.


SHIPPING TO CANADA

Estimated delivery:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 3–6 weeks

Remote regions may take longer.


OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS

Estimated delivery:

  • Standard shipping: approx. 3–6 weeks

Transit times vary based on local postal handling and customs.


CARRIERS & SERVICE LEVELS

Depending on destination and shipping method, we work with:

  • Major international couriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
  • USPS and postal services
  • Last-mile couriers in your country

Transit time does not include order processing, weekends or holidays.


FREE SHIPPING & PROMOTIONS

• Promotions or free shipping may be offered at times
• Such offers are displayed on the website or checkout page
• Free shipping may exclude oversized/heavy/hazard-restricted items


ORDER TRACKING & STATUS UPDATES

Once your order ships:
• You receive a shipping confirmation email
• A tracking number is provided where tracking is available
• Some economy services may offer limited tracking internationally


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

• U.S. shipments: typically no additional customs duties
• EU shipments: local VAT rules may apply
• Other destinations: local customs or brokerage fees may apply

We do not mark items as gifts.
Any taxes or duties charged by destination customs are the buyer’s responsibility.


DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:
• We investigate with the carrier
• We work to recover or resolve the issue

For visibly damaged shipments:
• Keep the packaging and content
• Photos may be required by the carrier


ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can be cancelled or changed only before fulfillment
• Once an order is packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible
• Address changes must be submitted immediately after placing the order


HOLIDAY & PEAK-SEASON DELAYS

During peak seasons (Nov–Jan) or holidays:
• Carriers globally experience delays
• Delivery may take longer than our standard estimates
