Returns

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.

How to Return a Purchase

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history.

  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the return instructions.

  3. Print your return label from our site or receive it via email.

  4. Fill out the return form included with your package and attach the return label to your parcel.

  5. Drop off your return at your nearest shipping carrier location.

Issues with Orders For any issues regarding your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.

Processing & Refunds

  • A return processing fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds typically take 2-3 business days after processing.

Refund Method

  • Invoice price will be refunded by the original method of payment.

  • Custom cut-to-order metals are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Product-Specific Returns

  • Findings, tools, equipment, and display items: Eligible for a refund via original payment method.

  • Precious metal milled materials: Eligible for a refund via original payment method.

  • Gemstones: Diamonds over 0.33 carats must be returned with the grading report. Lab-created diamonds are tested upon return. Returns missing a grading report will not be processed.

  • Custom-made items: Nonreturnable, but we will issue a refund, replacement, or discount for any defects or quality issues reported within 2 weeks of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Hazardous materials

  • Special-order items

  • Partially-used packages

  • Items returned outside the accepted date range

  • Physically altered items

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

We reserve the right to refuse returns submitted after the 30-day warranty period or charge additional restocking fees.

Returning Without an Invoice If you do not have your invoice, please include the following details:

  • Customer number

  • Invoice number

  • Product number(s)

  • Quantity being returned

  • Return reason code:

    1. Wrong Item

    2. Damaged

    3. Wrong Size

    4. Changed Mind

    5. Defective

    6. Poor Quality

    7. Don't Like Color

    8. Other
