Shipping

We ship orders from Lithuania to the European Union (EU) and internationally. Our shipping methods include Parcel Force, Colissimo, DPD, Venipak, CTT Express, BRT, USPS, DHL, and FedEx. Orders are processed Monday–Friday. Due to high order volume, same-day shipping is not guaranteed.

  • EU Shipping: Economy mail will ship within 3-5 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
  • Tracking Number: A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
  • Split Shipments: If an order contains multiple items, we may split shipments and send them in batches.
  • Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, we order from our partners, which may take 2–7 days, but in some cases, up to 2 weeks.
  • Import Taxes: International buyers (outside the EU) are responsible for import duties, taxes, and any customs fees.

Sales Tax & VAT

We are responsible for calculating and collecting Value-Added Tax (VAT) for orders shipped within the European Union. The VAT rate varies based on the total price, including shipping, and follows EU country-specific tax rates.

For international orders (outside the EU), no VAT will be charged, and customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and customs fees.

Returns & Refunds

We stand by our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within:

  • 30 days for EU customers.
  • 45 days for international buyers.

Issue with Orders
For any issues regarding your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery.

Processing & Refunds

  • A €10 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returns are processed within 5–10 business days upon receipt.
  • Refunds take 2–3 business days after processing.

Product-Specific Returns

  • Findings, tools, equipment, and display items: Refunded via original payment method.
  • Precious metal milled materials: Refunded via original payment method.
  • Custom cut-to-order metals: Eligible for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Gemstones: Diamonds over 0.33 carats must be returned with the grading report. Lab-created diamonds are tested upon return. Missing reports will result in rejection.
  • Hot-stamp and customization service items: Custom-made items are nonreturnable, but we will issue a full refund, replacement, or discount for defects reported within 2 weeks.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Special-order items
  • Partially-used packages
  • Items postmarked outside the accepted date range
  • Physically altered items
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

We reserve the right to refuse returns after the 30-day warranty period or charge additional restocking fees.

Returning an Item

If you prefer to return an item with a tracking number, send it to the address below. Please also include the invoice bottom portion or order number.
