Invicon CeraPower 2.0 Curing Oven

This Invicon CeraPower 2.0 curing oven applies heat and pressure to ensure that your HyCeram colors cure properly and completely after you have applied them to your jewelry designs. Attach your air compressor (not included) to the unit, plug it in and fill the curing chamber with the proprietary HyCeram Thermo Liquid solution (not included; available separately). Arrange workpieces on one of the holding accessories, then slowly lower the holder into the liquid in the curing chamber, allowing plenty of time for the liquid to fully cover the pieces without introducing air bubbles that may adhere to the workpieces. After curing, thoroughly rinse the piece in water and allow to dry. Includes full instructions and a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or manufacture. Use HyCeram color coatings to create jewelry designs with the vibrant colors of resin, the high-polish of enamel and the durability of ceramic—without requiring plating equipment or high-temperature kilns. Apply the coating as directed, then set the workpieces into the HyCeram CeraPower oven to cure through an innovative process using heat and pressure; curing takes less than two hours, including warm-up and cool-down time.
