The V.I.C.™ 9 casting machine is designed for the small shop or custom jeweler who prefers manually operated equipment, including a 3cfm, 1/2hp direct-drive vacuum pump. Vacuum technology provides superior bubble elimination for cleaner investment molds; vacuum casting produces better, more consistent results than centrifugal casting. It cuts down on spillage which can occur in centrifugal casting and it reduces gas inclusions, lowering the risk of casting defects.
