This 14-karat yellow gold pendant features an open teardrop design with a pearl peg mounting sitting inside the bottom of the teardrop. The tapered bail is solid and smooth, allowing the teardrop to move freely. Use jeweler’s epoxy to secure the bead or pearl on the peg; the twisted peg increases the surface area for the epoxy and provide a more secure hold. The mounting will accommodate a pearl up to 8mm in diameter.
