With the B9Clean washing unit, you further automate your post-processing with thorough, no-mess cleaning of your resin models. Transfer parts directly from the printer to the B9Clean while your models are still on the build platform—to enjoy the benefit of zero touch points between the grow and the part being clean, dry and ready to go. Or, if you like set clipped, loose models into the unit on the parts tray (included). The parts holder/basket lowers the resin models into a bath of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) where a magnetic stirring system agitates the solution, swirling the IPA around and through the models and cleaning away uncured resin. Once the wash cycle is complete, the platform lifts the parts out of the solution, preventing warpage and saturation. The parts dry quickly in the air and are then ready for production.With a minimum volume of 1.3 liters in a clean container and capable of accommodating up to two liters for larger parts (up to 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 5"), this cleaning system requires 75% less solution than comparable cleaners. In regular use, this cleaner provides up to 50 uses per fill-up of isopropyl alcohol (IPA).The B9Clean washing system includes the cleaner base with lid, two build-table hangers (one regular, one extended), a parts tray, two magnetic stir bars, an outer container, an inner container with plug (and 110-volt adapter power supply), three replacement foam gaskets, and one replacement container plug.
