This amazingly lightweight paper clay compound is soft and ready to use right out of the package. Sculpt, shape or mold it while it is moist, then simply let it air-dry. This material, pure white and non-toxic, is ideal for metal clay. Use the compound to create a model or form that you can coat with a thin sheet of clay. Leave a small hole in the clay, then fire the piece. The compound burns out completely (no ash or residue of any kind), leaving a hollow, lightweight metal form. Make beads, pendants, charms and more with this amazing paper clay. The compound dries to a firm, spongey hardness and is durable—pieces can be carved, sanded, detailed or painted.
