Heavy-Duty Precision 177.8mm Guillotine Shear

Achieve straight, precise cuts up to 7” (178mm) wide with this Rio Grande exclusive heavy-duty shear. The precision-ground hardened and tempered cutting blade cuts soft metals up to 0.08" thick (12 gauge/2mm), non-ferrous metals up to 0.05" thick (16 gauge/1.3mm) and mild steel up to 0.035" thick (19 gauge/0.9mm).
• A convenient flip-down hold-bar secures the material being cut and raises to allow access to the blades.
• A 19" (482.6mm) hand bar gives leverage and make cuts almost effortless.
• An adjustable guard back makes repeating cuts easy.
• Ruler is machined from solid steel and precision ground to be straight and true. It is marked in 1/16” increments and is stepped, allowing you to place your work close to the ruler.
