NSK EMax EVOlution Dual-Port Micro-Motor System

With highly efficient material removal, dual motor capabilities and compact portability, this micromotor from NSK packs a powerful punch for your cutting, grinding and shaping tasks—wherever they may be. The EVOlution system includes:

• a precision, dual capability control box.
• a standard-type, 40,000rpm handpiece ideal for fast, percise removal of material from your workpiece
• a FC-64 foot control. Plug the handpiece (included) into either motor port and set your desired speed (up to 40,000rpm) using the digital controller with its large, easy-to-read display. If you require a handpiece with gear reduction, a system is available with 4:1 gear reduction (see 117484). Both forward and reverse functions are built in and available. Insert any 3/32" or 1/8" shank tool into the appropriate collet (both collet sizes are provided) and lock the collet into place in the handpiece. Operate the handpiece with either the on/off button on the control box itself or the foot control (included) that plugs easily into the back of the control box. If desired, you can have one handpiece under foot control and the other on manual control. The exclusive FiXpeed™ memory feature allows you to lock in your optimal speed so that it is already set there whenever you turn the motor on; with one motor at a constant optimal speed and the other in a variable mode, you have more versatility for your work than ever before. The motor casing is designed with a handpiece holder on the side and a roomy easy-carry handle at the back. The machine needs no compressor, no filter, and no regulator. Requiring less bench space than a sheet of paper, this compact machine takes up a minimum of precious space and is lightweight—perfect for carrying back and forth to off-site work needs.
