This sterling silver Venetian box chain necklace component is open at the center with a closed ring at each open end (0.063" ID); complete the necklace with a festoon component, an engravable plaque, or a short length of strung beads. The necklace is fully adjustable using a movable round silicone-lined bead (6mm) that slides along the chain. Two round drops finish the chain and serve as a stop to keep the slider bead from slipping off the chain. Venetian box chain has squared-off links that resemble cubes; they are sturdy chains, ideal for pendants. In rounded Venetian box chain, the links are created from half-round wire, giving the finished chain a rounder profile. This chain is plated with fine silver to ensure a bright white color and to help protect against tarnish.
