This sterling silver Legendary™ pendant mounting features a tapered rabbit-ear bail and a pre-notched 4-prong mounting that holds one 8mm round faceted gemstone. The sides of the mounting present an intricate design; oxidize the pendant to highlight these details. Engineered with a precision-formed pre-cut seat on each prong, Legendary™ settings accommodate the precise proportions of an ideal-cut stone. The setting depth is uniform and accurate, and the setting are easily modified—with little metal loss—for stones with unusual dimensions. A rabbit-ear bail is a tapered style that is split in half vertically, giving it the appearance of a pair of long, curving rabbit ears. Set your stone into the prongs to check the fit. If necessary, adjust the seat to best accommodate your stone. To secure the stone in place, burnish the prongs over the stone.
